COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update: Extended Closure

Dear patients,

In light of the evolving pandemic and strong suggestions by public health officials, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our practice until further notice. We do not make this decision lightly, however, our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, families, staff, and community.

If you have an appointment scheduled with us, our office will be in touch to help reschedule your appointment.

In the case of an emergency situation, we will have a doctor on call for emergency care. Please call our office at (339)440-5105 as you normally, would and one of our doctors will contact you as soon as they are able.

Additionally, if you need to order a supply of contact lenses or replacement eyeglasses we are still prepared and able to assist you. Please call our office and leave a voicemail, or send the following information via email to INFO.AVCMA@GMAIL.COM: full name, date of birth, and reason for contacting us.

We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves in the guidelines from the country, state, and the CDC. For now, we will determine on a weekly basis when it is appropriate for us to return to our normal business hours.

Again, please understand that we are making this decision with the health and well-being of our patients, our families, our team and our community in mind.
