COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update: Temporary Closure

Dear Patients,

Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, families, staff, and community. That being said, we have been strongly advised to close our practice for the next three weeks, starting on March 18, 2020, through April 7, 2020, in accordance with guidance provided by the Massachusetts Society of Optometry. We believe that this closure will allow us to more effectively adhere to Governor Baker’s recommendations and the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidance of social separation.

Should you require emergency eye care for a red eye, eye pain, loss of vision, or anything unusual that is not considered routine, please contact us at INFO.AVCMA@GMAIL.COM and one of our doctors will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

If you have a pending order, please feel free to contact us, we will be working to create a protocol in guidance with Massachusetts Society of Optometry for you to receive your orders. Additionally, if you need to order a supply of contact lenses or replacement eyeglasses we are still prepared and able to assist you. Please contact us at 339-440-5105 and leave a voicemail, or via email at INFO.AVCMA@GMAIL.COM with the following information: Full name, date of birth and reason for contacting us.

These are unusual circumstances.  The health and well being of our patients, staff and community remains foremost in our minds.  On behalf of our entire team, we look forward to continuing to serve your eye care needs.

We will be in touch with any additional updates as soon as possible please follow us on Facebook and our Website for details.  Please stay safe and healthy.
